About Lucas Dalessandro

I help teams develop things and plan stuff. I come from a financial background where I routinely solved complex problems both with clients and internal processes, developing tools to solve a lot of the same issues was the natural progression for me. These technical tools later helped me forecast and implement new programs and features across organizations. Today I am a product owner for a team responsible for partner integrations within the wealth tech sphere. I help teams spec and deliver APIs and other partner integrations while being attentive to both client and internal needs. My core values of respect and fairness have allowed me to build lasting and meaningful relationships with all types of people allowing me to have a global understanding of what is necessary to deliver quality products to a wide base of users.
