My greatest achievement has been leading CUS Torino from Serie B to the Top10, demonstrating that with limited and well-managed resources, great results can be achieved. During my time at CUS Torino, I implemented a distinctive playing philosophy supported by a training system that enhances its features. This approach not only transformed the way the Club plays but also ensured that each match reflected our strategic vision. Additionally, I have had the privilege of training a new generation of coaches, capable of working in perfect sync and unity. This collaborative approach has been fundamental to our sustained success over time.
