I have more than 9 years of experience in this field, and I am passionate about creating immersive, fun, and effective learning experiences for learners of all backgrounds and levels. My role is to immerse myself in the routine of the companies, and to advise them on the best technologies and tools for their learning programs or trainings, such as games, e-learnings, workshops, etc. I consider the profile and depth of each content, as well as the physical and technological structure, to ensure that the learning outcomes are achieved through a light and enjoyable experience, respecting the culture of the company and the essence of each employee. I have worked with companies from various sectors, such as construction, automotive, health, banking, retail, telecommunications, etc. I have also developed skills in UX/UI design, database design, JavaScript, and React.js, which I use to create engaging and interactive learning interfaces and platforms.
