About Lucas Dillon

After starting out as an IT Systems Analyst at 3M, I've since been drawn to business roles, holding various positions within pricing and currently, as a Global Product Line manager at Gates Corporation. I'm grateful for the diverse opportunities I've had thus far in my career, as each has played an important role in shaping who I am today, both personally and professionally. I'm increasingly thankful to my family, friends, teachers, and coaches I had growing up that helped instill traits like hard work, having a sense of responsibility, and being empathetic, as those have proven invaluable in my life and career. Those traits have allowed me to carve out roles within the various teams I've worked for and provide great value. As I move forward in the short and long term, I will gravitate toward new challenges and opportunities that will expand my skillset and help me continue to learn and grow.
