About Lucas Eldred

I've done a wide variety of jobs in the last ten years, several I went into with no experience and quickly became one of the best at the job. I'm a quick learner and have a strong desire to be successful at what I do and to improve the jobs I'm tasked with. I went into low-voltage cabling with zero experience and within a year was one of the most reliable employees they had. That experience provided me an opportunity at Tiara Yachts with wiring. Within the year I was employed there I learned how to do nearly everything in the first half of the build which included underwater gear, engine set, and all parts necessary before deck set. After that I went to New Holland, having never driven a fork truck before, to be a Material Handler. I mastered driving the fork truck in a couple months and began taking on paperwork processing and inventory. About a year after that, I began purchasing after my boss left and that led to me becoming the Production Planner/Warehouse Manager a year after that. I'm willing and able to learn anything and always give my full attention to becoming better at whatever job I have.
