About Lucas Exner

With a solid background in sports management and a strong focus on entrepreneurial development, I have combined my passion for sports with my interest in business strategy and transactions. As a transaction assistant at HADLEY Partnerschaft mbB, I work on assisting companies with mergers, acquisitions and business analysis and advice, utilizing my analytical skills and understanding of complex business structures. Prior to my current role, I spent several years at the German Olympic Sports Confederation (DOSB) as a consultant in the Scientific Network System for Competitive Sports, where I worked closely with experts from various disciplines to improve the performance and effectiveness of the competitive sports system. My academic background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and General Management and a Bachelor of Science (B. Sc.) in Sport Management, which I completed at PennWest California. In addition to my professional career, I have been actively involved in promoting sports and education as captain of the Men's Soccer Team and the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee at my university.
