In my PhD project I'm working on cyanobacterial Dynamin-like proteins. I mainly focus on structural and biochemical/biophysical analysis of isolated proteins. This approach combined with in vivo data should give an overall picture to understand the still enigmatic function of Dynamin-like proteins in cyanobacteria.
