I have been working on leadership positions in Business Development, Innovation/R&D, Advanced Technologies area applied for the Industry, IoT and Digital for the last nine years. Throughout my career, I have developed, and managed customer-driven projects aimed at the continuous improvement of their product, quality, and management processes in a magnitude of hundreds of millions of dollars. I have not only met expectations but exceeded them by decreasing their operational costs, optimizing lead time, and structuring digital solutions. I have achieved this based on customized and innovative solutions for both automation of product’s line and creation of new digital products and services. I hold a bachelor’s degree in metallurgical engineering with an exchange in Germany (Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing - BAM and Technische Universität Berlin), a Master’s and Phd's degree in metallurgical and materials engineering with focus on Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), IoT and new technologies
