About Lucas McClure

Work in a high performing environment, optimizing existing processes and protocols to expand my professional experience. Growing through new projects, challenges, and opportunities, I am looking to apply my existing knowledge of logistics, systems, coordination, staff supervision and administration, while still expanding my skillset and abilities. My pops taught me the importance work ethic, responsibility, personal accountability. Understanding and the realization of desired functions of system, finding and implementing efficiencies, doing away with outdated processes that bog down workflows. I'm inherently wiry of overly dogmatic systems or processes. Always taking in new information to pivot adjust what's needed to achieve the desired output Management training and experience, taking lead on projects, as so to better distribute responsibilities within my co-workers capacity; pushing for a natural division of labor, according to skill and ability, attempts to streamline all route and maintenance to maximize time spent on research put toward potential growth, scaling, expanding the company mission/ability/reach. When I work with a team, small company, or business I pick up the slack and tighten the line, and anchor it, and train my team to follow the same. One of my favorite hobbies is building closed loop systems; be it in nature, with raised garden beds with passive aquaponic filtration and nutrient system, to helping construct a solar passive house. To the arguably easier task of streamlining a logistics chain or workflow stream. My passion is to cultivate synergistic opportunities, we can find all the answers we need, we have to just turn into our environment and ask the right questions. Currently exploring and negotiating with universities in the Central Texas area to allow me to build my own master's degree program, modeled after the late Buckminster Fuller's applied logistics manipulation.
