Expertise in the use of Aimsun software tools while gaining experience in macro, meso, and microsimulation models. Experience in overseeing company operations, employees, and ensuring accomplishment of projects and business objectives. Career Background • People Management; Managed a team of 20 members. Directed day-to-day operations, staff recruitment/training functions, and employee relationship management. • 14 years of experience in Strategic simulation and over 10 years in Microsimulation, especially Aimsun package; assisting in core software enhancements such as bug reporting, beta testing, improving the interface, and requesting new tools. • Developed a plethora of projects; yielding some 200+ projects in my portfolio for well-known companies in Ireland and Brazil. Technical skills include: • Strategic transport modelling (AIMSUN, VISUM and SATURN) • Microsimulation modelling (AIMSUN and VISSIM) • GIS Analysis (ArcGIS, QGIS) • General software packages: Microsoft Project, Access, Excel and VBA.
