Energy related problems like climate change and energy resource scarcity are among the greatest challenges of our time, and I strive to contribute to finding solutions to these. Renewable energy technologies are key in meeting these challenges, which is why I fully support their development and completed a master's degree on the subject. I have since come to realize that the decarbonisation challenge is so great that it is uncertain whether renewable energy technology alone will prove sufficient. It is therefore that I support the development of additional sustainable energy technologies such as the Molten Salt Reactor (MSR), a very safe large-scale source of energy with minimal waste.
