About Lucas Risley

Results-driven professional with a diverse background in operations management, emergency medical care, and client-focused sales. As an Operations Manager at Allied Universal, I’ve led large teams, streamlined security operations, and built strong client relationships to ensure service excellence. My military service as a 68W Combat Medic in the United States Army honed my leadership, crisis management, and decision-making skills under high-pressure conditions, including a deployment to Poland in support of Operation Atlantic Resolve. Transitioning those skills into the civilian sector, I’ve excelled as a Real Estate Agent with eXp Realty, guiding clients through complex transactions with integrity, market expertise, and strong negotiation skills. Known for adaptability, problem-solving, and a mission-first mindset, I bring a unique blend of discipline, people management, and customer service to every role. Whether leading operations, saving lives, or helping clients achieve their goals, I thrive on delivering exceptional results while fostering trust and collaboration.
