About Me I’m Lucas Sailer, an entrepreneur with a passion for building freedom—not just for myself, but for everyone I work with. From a young age, I knew I wanted a life on my own terms: to achieve world-class expertise, work from anywhere, control my time, and reach financial independence. Today, I’m living that vision. Fully remote and globetrotting, while helping business owners unlock growth through my experience and marketing agency as a growth partner. My goal is to empower others to achieve freedom in their businesses and lives, showing them how to grow online, streamline operations, and step beyond traditional boundaries to realize that freedom is within reach with the right mindset, strategies, and systems in place. Earlier Life Lucas Sailer was born on April, 1997, in Vancouver, Canada. He started in business by reselling sneakers while working at Footlocker, then learned graphic design and sold sneaker art online, getting his first taste of “Wi-Fi money.” During university, Lucas helped grow an online firework retailer on Shopify, discovering both the potential of online income and the limitations of traditional education and career paths—leading Lucas to drop out of university and launch a marketing agency called Fire Media Group. Lucas decided to throw himself in the deep end and learn how to be successful through real-world experience, trial and error, rather than textbooks. Motivated, Lucas moved out at 18 to pursue a life of total ownership and freedom, setting the stage for his future in entrepreneurship and has never looked back.
