About Lucas Sherman

As a Project Manager at Share-ify, I provide a blend of strategic project leadership and a deep commitment to data integrity. I also excel in client engagement and communication which are skills that were developed during my time in customer outreach. At C1, I managed complex projects using agile methodologies and developed a reputation for reliability and results. I thrive leading large technical initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams and I consistently receive positive client feedback. My academic background studying Political Economy at Hillsdale College has equipped me with strong analytical foundation. My leadership abilities were honed through my role as Student Federation Representative for Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity, where I learned how to navigate group dynamics and decision-making processes. Both of these experiences have given me skills that continue to shape my professional approach. I’m excited to continue growing in roles that blend strategic execution with meaningful collaboration, focusing on delivering value for both teams and clients.
