Since 2013, I have worked with every type of proposal from low complexity RFIs, to highly complex government related RFP projects. Working with a wide array of projects for many years has provided me experience project management experience. During my career, I have learned to, manage my time effectively while demonstrating efficient organizational skills, which allows me to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines with precision. I previously held positions where I provided leadership to multiple proposal managers, created and developed new processes, and was the administrator and architect of the proposal automation software. This, along with my ability to perform data analytics to help with business development, help me to adapt to any new job functions quickly and seamlessly. I have a strong work ethic and excel in any environment. I can work independently or as a team and can switch between the two effortlessly. I am a friendly voice that projects calm, even in chaos. I am tenacious and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Professional Qualifications and Abilities: • 9+ years professional experience in Proposal Management, while exhibiting a proven ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment • Project Management of the entire proposal process • Program Manager for proposal automation software, Qvidian Proposal Automation (QPA) • Supervision, training, and growth/development plans • Highly motivated individual with the ability to adapt to a new environment quickly • Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop original technical content to be used in proposals • Manage time effectively while demonstrating efficient organization skills • Respond to highly complex Request for Proposals (RFP) with government regulations • Contracts review to assess risk obligations • Strong attention to detail with excellent reading, editing, and proofreading skills • Experience handling multiple monthly and weekly projects, and reports with deadlines and high accountability • Creating and maintaining process documentation • Provide the team with a vision of project objectives • Assure that the team addresses all relevant issues within the specifications and various standards • Service Level Agreements (SLA) adherence • Work with functional managers to obtain necessary resources to support the team’s requirements
