Experienced leader in Customer support, Sales, Advertising, Technical Support and Project Management. Currently Operations manager at Teleperformance as well as Co-founder from Vulpis Transylvania. In my position as Operations manager, I've built and managed teams ranging from frontline technical support to Training & Quality to advanced technical support and Escalation handling. In this position, I work with an international and multicultural team on a daily basis to provide the best support to end-users in order for them to get the most out of their devices. As Co-founder of Vulpis Transylvania, I primarily focus on back-office tasks such as administration and operational tasks. From 2013 till 2019 I've worked in ad-tech in different roles within Criteo. From individual sales professional to setting up and leading multiple sales teams. In this period I primarily worked as a sales leader in the Benelux region and Northern Europe, in my last year at Criteo I was responsible for sales outsourcing for UK, France and North America. Through these roles, I've developed a strong ability to assess teams, restructure as well as build high-performing sales teams. Previous experiences leading teams in retail as well as customer service. With the experience of the last 10+ years I have been able to develop into an all-round professional who always strives to help others and truly believes that when working with others both parties can benefit from each other.
