Co-Owner of Prosper Companies. A parent company for FasterHouse, FasterFreedom and Midwest Property Group.Personal:I grew up Defiance, MO; a small country town about 30 miles outside of St. Louis. I attended college at Missouri University of Science & Technology on an educational and basketball scholarship, where I earned a degree in Civil Engineering. After graduating, I began and continued my engineering career as a Pipeline Engineer from 2012-2017, before becoming a full-time real estate investor. I enjoy spending time with my amazing wife and our two energetic boys!Business:I purchased my first rental property in 2014 with my business partner, Sam Primm. While still working full time jobs, we kept adding quality assets to our rental portfolio and started to incorporate fix and flipping into the investment strategy. We place a huge emphasis on company culture and creating a positive impact on our community.Charitable Causes:I also helped found Greater Giving in 2021, where I still sit on the Board of Directors. Greater Giving is a non-profit organization focused on strengthening mental wellness in our community. Our other companies directly donate a portion of their company profits every month to Greater Giving. Greater Giving has raised and given approximately since it was founded to mental health initiatives.
