Currently, I'm on an exciting journey with Lindblad Expeditions in Seattle, where I've spent the last year and a half as an In-House Recruiter. In this role, I employ my skills in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding to connect top talent with opportunities in the maritime industry. My journey began with UnCruise Adventures, where I executed high-volume recruitment for the Hotel Department across eight vessels, from entry-level to management roles. As an Assistant Hotel Operations Manager, I oversaw daily operations and represented the company's corporate office in Seattle. My creative side has emerged a few times throughout my career as well. First as a co-founder of Voyeur Designs, where we transformed vacant retail spaces into captivating art installations, elevating commercial real estate marketing. I also had the privilege of creating a delectable menu and a comprehensive Culinary Operations Manual for Árkansa Cocina in Mexico, adding a culinary twist to my skill set.
