Proven expertise on strategic consulting for healthcare benefits management (health / medical, dental, life & AD insurance, travel & more) of global clients, supporting to develop customized employee benefits programs based on client's global / regional benefits philosophy and objectives strategies (including Pooling, Global Underwriting and Captive approach), legislative requirements, local market practices and other specific arrangements. In charge of employee benefits programs management, coordinating renewal strategies process for Latam region through local consultants & brokers relationship, regional benefits implementation with customized employee benefits programs and supporting clients with strategical consulting approach for harmonization, M&A projects, benefits redesign, benchmarking, market-trends, benefit-cost analysis and also coordinating regional improvement opportunities for health management solutions, cost control and wellness and also seek for regional opportunities prospecting and development. Deal and manage local brokers & consultants relationship with experience in representative and complex contractual renewals negotiations, updates related to current global/regional/local market practices, expertise over insured benefits laws updates and placement of new benefits.
