I am the Head of Diversity and Inclusion for Primis, an extremely fast-growing start-up technology recruitment business, but one with a twist Diversity and Inclusion is the core of everything we do, every decision we make and we strive to deliver this to all facets of the business…. So, that is where I come in ‍. In recent years, Diversity and Inclusion has accelerated into the spotlight and is at the forefront of our minds more than ever before, and rightly so.
