About Lucero Sanchez

I am a passionate, creative professional dedicated to bringing people together and giving back to the community. With a background in development, marketing, and design, I have spent my career crafting engaging content, managing impactful fundraising events, and building strong relationships that drive meaningful change. Currently serving as a Development Creative Coordinator at El Valor, I combine strategy and storytelling to elevate brand visibility, increase community engagement, and create compelling marketing materials. From designing social media campaigns that enhance engagement to coordinating large-scale events, I thrive on creating experiences that leave a lasting impact. A creative soul at heart, my work is deeply influenced by culture, and I love using my artistic skills to connect with diverse audiences. My personality can be best described as outgoing, resourceful, and welcoming—if you need proof, my Myers-Briggs type is ENFP! Whether it’s through design, storytelling, or strategic planning, I am always looking for new ways to inspire, engage, and make a difference. Let’s connect!
