To attend punctually to the place of work or at such other places as the duties require and to the best of my ability perform my duties- During office hours to devote the entire time and attention to the specified work with the Company and not enter the service or employment of any other person or organization-To act in accordance with the instructions of and comply with all lawful commands and direction of the Company or its duly authorized officers-To promote and safeguard at all times the interests of the Company, its work and beneficiaries, and not do anything detrimental to those interests- Take all proper precautions to prevent the loss, destruction, embezzlement, damage or waste of any deeds, writing paper, books, money or other property of the Company or the Company’s customers-At all times both during and out of office hours, conduct myself in a becoming ad proper manner-Use my best endeavors to extend and improve the business of the Company.
