As a PCQI-certified food science professional, I specialize in regulatory compliance and quality assurance within fast-paced, multicultural environments. I have proven experience developing and optimizing food safety and HACCP plans to meet domestic and international standards. My hands-on experience spans the food safety, supplier quality assurance, and quality management fields, where I apply technical knowledge with a meticulous eye for detail. I’ve contributed to robust food safety programs across dynamic, cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance, driving continuous improvement, and supporting audit readiness. I hold a Master’s degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of British Columbia (UBC), complemented by academic excellence at Oregon State University (OSU). There, I was honoured to represent OSU in the 2020–2021 Mars Product Development Competition, showcasing my passion for innovation and practical application. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, I support global supply chains and diverse teams with a strong belief that strong science and quality systems underpin food safety, and I’m ready to bring that mindset to organizations striving for excellence.
