I am an experienced professional with a background in diverse industries including private car parking, IT segment, automotive, and a small-scale innovation studio. I hold degrees in Film Studies and Marketing/Management. I enjoy studying new trends, and I am not afraid to explore new tools and ways of working. As an open-minded person, I enjoy collaboration with like-minded individuals. I am highly organised and I love when things are in order. I bring fresh ideas to the table, while maintaining honest communication and complete transparency throughout the process. I help small businesses that aren't yet ready for a full-time hire to rethink and organize their workflows, processes, and systems. 🧵 These are the projects I have been involved in: Set up Freelancer/Employee database with automated communication, handling recruitment, onboarding, feedback sessions and social media communication. Established an internal workflow process - connection of automated handheld devices to the company‘s internal system + UX/UI design improvements Optimized Client/Delivery workflows - identified gaps and executed improvements in workflows to increase productivity and efficiency New SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)- introduction to new tools and ways of working In spare time, I enjoy reading books and articles. I am interested in all things related to neuroscience, brain, emotions, mental health, and human interactions. ‍
