About Luciana Arouca

With over 20 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry, I am a passionate and visionary leader in sustainability and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) solutions. As the Head of Sustainability Services for JLL Brazil & Greater LatAm, I help our clients create a better and more sustainable built environment, aligning their real estate strategies with their ESG goals and global best practices. I leverage my extensive background in architecture, design, and project management to deliver end-to-end sustainability services, from strategy development and implementation to reporting and communication. I also have a proven track record of generating new business opportunities, increasing cross-selling initiatives, and fostering long-term customer relationships. In addition, I had the opportunity to lead the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee at JLL Brazil by 2020, promoting a more inclusive and respectful culture within the company and the industry. International experience in countries such as Congo and Mexico, as well as living in numerous places throughout Brazil, has given me a great capacity for adaptability and resilience. Moreover, these experiences have contributed to my ease in relating to a highly diverse audience, both in terms of their characteristics and cultures, as well as various hierarchical levels. I am a self-taught, detail-oriented, enabling individual, results-driven, with a knack for connecting people and businesses, and a customer-focused mindset.
