About Lucile Batut

I support finance departments in their transformation towards sustainability. Sustainable transformation is the symbiosis between my skills in finance and business partnering, my passion for supporting people through change, and my determination to contribute to the collective effort to adapt to the unprecedented systemic change that our societies are undergoing, and which CSRD makes even more concrete in 2024 for CFOs and CSOs. As the CFO's right-hand woman, I'm versatile and reliable, and draw on solid experience in performance management and business structuring. With my pedagogy and empathy, I build bonds of trust with my teams and peers, and with my internal and external partners. Graduated in management from a top business school, I started my career in external audit and consolidation. Soon becoming a project manager in financial information systems, I fulfilled myself in leading a transformation project while taking care of the human factor and organizational stakes. During the following 10+ years, I successively became a team manager, a finance business partner and a finance director. My recent activities for the Fresque du Climat and The Matcha Initiative in Singapore have added exciting on-the-ground experience of ecological transition issues to my corporate skills. Having trained at the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership in "Business and Climate Change: towards net zero emissions", I'm ready to put my range of complementary skills to work in transforming the business finance ecosystem.
