About Lucille Garrow

As I set my heart on remaining steadfast in Jesus and His Word, I fully rely on God and His grace. I was recently accepted into a top grad school to study Law. I started in May, 2025. As I study, I am simultaneously working towards my professional development requirements, as I hold a Child Development Site Supervisor Permit. Currently, I work as a Site Supervisor at a Title 5 Preschool Center in Riverside, California. Soon, I will be updating my Site Supervisor Permit into a Director Permit. My aim is that every child's development is fostered through positive, intentional interactions and that every child thrives social-emotionally, physically, and academically. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development from California State University Dominguez Hills and an Associates of Arts Degree in Child Development from West Los Angeles College, where I received two Certificates of Achievement; one in Child Development and another for Excellence in the Field of Music; Piano. While also at West Los Angeles College, I made the Spring 2009 Dean's Honor list and received the 2009 Fred J Aves Scholarship. My Areas of Specialization from WLAC include: Childhood Health, Nutrition, Safety & Food Sanitation in Early Childhood Programs ~ Observation, Assessment & Guidance in Early Childhood Programs ~ Infant & Toddler Studies ~ Administration & Supervision of Early Childhood Programs. At CSUDH I made the Spring 2016 Dean's Honor list, received an Honors Scholarship and was inducted into the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi; the Nations oldest and most selective Honor Society for all academic disciplines.
