I am a passionate and innovative Clinical Operations leader with over 31 years of global operational and development experience. I have created and led teams from scratch in start-ups all the way through to building international teams in top tier pharmaceutical companies. My global leadership experience spans >70 studies and 60 countries in phases I-IV including oncology, GI, renal & CNS, using many resourcing & procurement models. My team and I contributed to the approval of 3 successful product launches. An adaptive, transparent leadership style along with my interpersonal skills and patient centric approaches allows me to deliver timely results.
