Lucious Johnson is a graduate of Temple University's College of Engineering, receiving his BS in Engineering Technology in May of Realizing early on that he had a love for construction estimating he set out to acquire the experience and knowledge that he would need in order to become a respectable and established Estimator. With over 20+ years providing services to the construction industry as a Construction Inspector, Highway Designer, and Cost Estimator he has shown that not only does he have the love for estimating but he also has the knowledge and drive to continue providing accurate estimates in a professional and ethical manner. Always looking for outlets to continue his education Lucious joined the American Society of Professional Estimator's in June 2010, and begin studying for his CPE (Certified Professional Estimator) Certification which he received in January 2013. This Certification provides assurance to clients that when they receive a project estimate (Schematic Design to Construction Documents) from Lucious Johnson, CPE they will be receiving an estimate which is both reliable and accurate.
