About Luck Peerlings

Finding elegant and effective solutions to important problems drives my interest in research and development. For my four year PhD study, I improved acoustic measurement techniques within the European research network TANGO, this has given me a broad knowledge in the topics of flow acoustics, vibro-acoustics and combustion instabilities. As I value team work and quality work, I decided to compile the results of the efforts in a monograph, such that the work can be more easily understood and sparks new ideas. Currently I am working at Scania with experimental investigations of noise and vibrations on trucks. My interests are in flow- and vibro-acoustics, advanced measurement techniques, advanced signal analysis, complex analysis, acoustic higher order mode measurements and analog electronics.
