I am a seasoned professional with over 30 years of diverse experience in social sciences, cultural studies, tourism, human resources, business, and management. With a Master’s degree in Anthropology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, I have developed a multidisciplinary expertise that allows me to approach challenges with a unique and valuable perspective. My in-depth understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations, combined with certifications in Human Resources, has positioned me as a trusted leader and consultant across various industries. Currently, I am actively engaged in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) due diligence, leveraging my social expertise to contribute to impactful and sustainable projects. I have collaborated with organizations across diverse sectors, focusing on social assessments, community engagement, and the development of strategies that align with ESG principles. These initiatives reflect my commitment to fostering sustainability and driving progress that benefits communities and the environment. My ongoing work also includes leading sustainable agriculture and eco-tourism projects, where I integrate community empowerment and environmental conservation. I manage over 6 hectares of farmland, including the only organic rice field on Bintan Island, and am expanding this project to encompass 22 hectares. My ability to bridge academic insights with practical implementation makes me a valuable force in creating innovative and sustainable models for economic and social development.
