About Lucky P.

I build AI systems that ship to production. Currently, I’m building estana, an AI-powered recruitment and automation platform designed to streamline hiring through intelligent workflows, resume parsing, and LLM-driven decision support. My work focuses on designing and developing scalable, production-grade AI systems - from RAG pipelines and semantic search to agentic workflows and real-time automation. I’ve built- AI-driven recruitment and candidate matching systems - RAG-based applications with vector search and embeddings - Agentic AI workflows integrated into real business processes - Vision-based systems leveraging machine learning for real-time analysis and automated decision-making I care deeply about how systems perform in production - latency, scalability, and reliability over hype. Most developers experiment with AI.I focus on building systems that actually work, scale, and deliver impact.
