About Lucky Soni

A builder, problem-solver, and someone who believes that the right mix of thoughtfulness, creativity, and craft can change lives.Currently, I’m co-founder of Everaw Nutrition, where we’re redefining pantry staples with India’s first clean-label, fruit- and superfood-infused nut spreads and whole fruit snacks. We set out to solve a simple yet universal problem: how to make nutrition truly healthy, convenient, and something kids genuinely enjoy — without parents having to compromise. At Everaw, I bring structure, strategy, and customer focus to our founding team, shaped by my decade-long experience as a management and strategy consultant with Decimal Health and Deloitte. That career taught me that true impact comes from solving the real problem at hand — a lesson that continues to guide me every day.I’m also part of the Mesa School of Business (’25), where I’m sharpening my entrepreneurial leadership and scaling skills alongside an inspiring community of founders and mentors.Outside of work, you’ll find me in the kitchen, experimenting with flavors from six cuisines, crafting cocktails as a certified mixologist, or cycling through long trails. I’m fascinated by how food and culture intersect — a curiosity that deeply informs what we create at Everaw.Building something meaningful, especially with my co-founders, is a journey I cherish. I believe entrepreneurship is about staying grounded, solving real problems, and creating value that lasts — whether through business, relationships, or everyday experiences.Let’s connect if you’d like to talk entrepreneurship, tech, healthcare, or even share a recipe or two.
