In her current role as Director of Commercial Operations at Hygenica Medtech, a prominent medical technology company specialising in antimicrobial medical devices, she has been instrumental in advancing the company's mission to safeguard patients from healthcare-associated infections (HCAIs). As a published scientist in the field of microbiology, Lucy switched her focus from scientific research to business, leveraging her expertise as an infectious disease specialist to translate medical innovations from bench to bedside.
