About Lucy Bailey

Data, like crude oil, is a raw material - it needs refining into usable information (petrol) and only delivers value when consumed (fuels car from A to B). I advocate that the Data Consumer is King and believe being data driven is a people, not a technology challenge, applying an organisational change management approaches that starts with the end in mind.My passion is empowering people. For my team, this means giving them encouragement and opportunity. For data culture, it means giving the organisation the capabilities to apply information as knowledge.I catalyse change by painting the big picture, whilst incrementally delivering value with existing resources, to create good news stories that drive demand and justify further investment, creating a virtuous upward spiral.
