Highly driven individual with diverse experience in brand management, working with both international and local teams in the UK, Australia and New Zealand. I have a track record of delivering successful campaigns which have resulted in significant growth of product sales and market share. My experience has been both strategic and hands-on, which has allowed me to build up a strong skillset, particularly focused in the following areas: • Campaign management; • Strategy development & execution; • Data analysis; • Project management. In my current role at Johnson & Johnson, I am responsible for the strategic planning, delivering multiple projects including NPD and leading the media and communications plans. My experience has been both strategic and project focused, allowing me to build a strong skillset in consumer marketing. Before moving to Australia, in my role at Eden Parfums, I was able to use my creativity and passion for sport to work with one of the most successful football players in the World, Cristiano Ronaldo, to launch his debut fragrance. I gained experience in both NPD and brand management during my time there, leading to one of the most successful celebrity fragrance launches in a number of Global markets. In addition to my marketing experience, I am a health and fitness blogger and social media influencer. From the creation of my platform Fit Life Lucy on Instagram, I have gained 115k followers in two years. I currently work with a number of established sports brands and food companies, and I am now studying to become a personal trainer to enhance my knowledge in this industry.
