About Lucy Bronson

I graduated from the University of Minnesota, where I received a B.A. in Strategic Communications from the School of Journalism and Mass Communication, and a minor in Management from the Carlson School of Business. As an undergraduate, I was the proud captain of the University of Minnesota cheerleading team, and transitioned to a coaching role with the University of Minnesota Spirit Squad in 2015. College athletics gave me a platform to fine-tune and improve many personal attributes including self-discipline and dedication. Most importantly, I developed a keen ability to use constructive criticism to improve my skills and knowledge. These abilities have helped me develop as an athlete, coach, and professional. Beginning April 2014, I worked for nearly 2 years as a Leasing Specialist for Doran Companies in the luxury multi-family sector. Overseeing leasing activities at 2 sister properties downtown Minneapolis, as well as 6 properties in proximity to the University of Minnesota campus, I successfully maintained an existing portfolio, and leased up 2 projects comprised of nearly 370 units: Mill & Main West and The Bridges. I transitioned to Minnesota-based commercial developer Sherman Associates in May, 2016. As Manager of Sales & Marketing, I am responsible for ensuring consistency in brand identity, marketing, and sales strategy for new developments from pre-development to project-stabilization.
