With over 25 years in financial services, I have held senior roles across Product Management, Sales and Corporate Banking, Audit and Governance, and transformation leadership, giving me a well-rounded perspective on how strategy, risk, and delivery intersect in complex global organisations.Currently, I lead a team of internal consultants and project managers within JPMorgan Payments, delivering strategic programmes across sales enablement, process improvement, operational efficiency, governance, and target-state business architecture. My role focuses on translating strategy into executable operating models and scalable solutions that balance commercial outcomes, control requirements, and long-term transformation objectives.My experience at both JPMorgan and Barclays has enabled me to approach business challenges commercially, evaluate and manage risk, and analyse complex operational processes. I am adept at navigating ambiguity, solving complex problems, leading deal and project teams, managing multiple initiatives in parallel, and handling challenging stakeholder conversations at senior levels. My time within the Audit Strategy and Change function at Barclays further strengthened my understanding of global control environments, risk management, and issue resolution.In addition, I have served for over six years on a charitable board and a college board, including participation on financial and audit committees, broadening my governance perspective and reinforcing my ability to provide effective oversight, challenge, and strategic input.I am comfortable engaging with senior leaders and executives, influencing across all organisational levels, and building high-performing teams through coaching and mentoring.
