I'm a little different and I'm Ok with that. Before working for myself I worked in social care and the NHS. From starting off as a carer and working my way up and then my personal world fell apart. I had to make a choice. Family or work? Maybe I could find a way where I could have both and so I did. So, I'm sure you can see that my knowledge is vast and maybe you will find my personality even more colourful. If you are looking for bland, that's not me. Supportive yes, assertive too! I come with a big heart and an immense ability to listen, understand and inspire. I also want to help you! Working in social care is tough yet exceptionally rewarding and there are days when it feels like it completely consumes you, overwhelms you to the point of needing to get away. Days when you don't know which plate to spin first or which hat off the hat stand to wear, not to mention which trick or tool you need to pull out of said hat! You know something has to give and you just don't want it to be you. My coaching style is forward-focused and positive with an abundance of light bulb moments that are life-changing.
