About Lucy Chambers
I have over 20 years of experience in academia and the medical charity sector, specialising in health research interpretation, science communication, and applying evidence-based insights to drive impactful initiatives. After earning a degree in neuroscience from the University of Sussex, I completed a PhD in behavioural nutrition and then worked as Research Fellow at University College London and the University of Sussex, researching and lecturing on the biological and psychological drivers of human eating behaviour. In 2014, I joined the British Nutrition Foundation as a Senior Scientist, where I also served as Editor of the charity’s peer-reviewed journal.
