As the HR Manager at Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Port Douglas, I lead and support the human resources function for a luxury five-star resort. With over five years of experience in the hospitality and tourism industry, I have developed strong skills in teamwork, social media, and public speaking, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. I hold a Bachelor of Business from Swinburne University of Technology, where I learned how to communicate effectively, build relationships, and manage crises. In my previous roles as a People and Performance Senior Officer at Experience Co and a Human Resources Business Partner at Australian Venue Co, I contributed to the development and implementation of various HR strategies, policies, and initiatives, such as employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, and diversity and inclusion.
