Lucy is an experienced Yoga Teacher Alliance certified instructor with over 15 years of knowledge in the health and wellness industry. She is a passionate wellness coach, boutique Yoga studio manager, and continuous education provider who believes in the transformative power of breath and movement. With a background in various positions in the fitness industry, Lucy has honed her skills in leading teams both in-person and virtually. Her extensive training includes 2 (200hr) yoga certifications, 2 (500hr) yoga certifications, and certification in Pranayama and Yin yoga. Lucy is committed to connecting with her students and empowering them to reach their full potential through yoga and mindfulness practices. Whether in the studio or on a wellness retreat, she creates a welcoming and supportive environment where individuals can feel comfortable exploring and growing.
