About Lucy Finlay

I have a long and deeply personal involvement in advocating for greater inclusion and equitable outcomes for everyone. Combined with more than 20 years technical and leadership experience in the electrical sector, I use a consensus building approach in the development of standards and regulations that are critical for the energy transition. To ensure that we have optimal policy and regulatory settings to facilitate the rapid electrification of everything, I recognise that we must ensure that everyone who has a stake in the outcome is able to participate in manner that ensures their voice is heard. I make this contribution through my work leading Schneider Electrics participation in the development of standards and regulations across the Pacific Zone. I am also a regular speaker at local and international industry events, where I share the latest energy transition challenges and the technological trends that will underpin progress.
