My first word was "biscuit," so you could say I’ve been chasing goals (and snacks) ever since. That same determination has shaped both my career and personal life. I’m all about making the most out of life's adventures. Over the past eight years, I’ve lived in Hong Kong, Barcelona, and Tenerife, picking up Spanish along the way (and a great love for fuet and goats cheese). I’m also PADI certified, meaning I occasionally swap Zoom calls to hang out with turtles. When I’m not underwater, you’ll find me dancing in my local Comparsa (carnival group), volunteering with rescue dogs, or trying new recipes I've found on Instagram - let me know if you want the recipe for the best gnocchi you'll ever eat. I'm a strong believer that every interaction and experience shapes who we are and changes our path in life. I approach every challenge with creativity, resilience, and a commitment to making things better, whether it’s advising on tools to shape your hospitality business, or training a stubborn foster pup.
