As President and Principal Partner, she is both visionary and hands-on, known for building more than strategies. She has led ground-up construction of golf courses, clubhouses, fitness centers, and pools, along with major renovations and facility expansions across multiple properties. Her portfolio includes: • Original clubhouse at Missouri Bluffs • Full clubhouses at The Links at Dardenne and Golf Club of Wentzville • Major development at Whitmoor Country Club, including the completion of the back 18 holes, clubhouse expansion, first pool, and custom-designed fitness facility • Complete rebuild of Woods Fort’s clubhouse, Horizon Event Center, and Pro Shop • Renovation of Stonewolf Golf Club • Full clubhouse renovation at Sunset Hills Country Club in Edwardsville, Illinois, including the transformation of the dining space into Sunset’s Bistro, which doubled food and beverage revenue after its 2013 debut Raised by a father and grandfather who both held the rank of two-star general and served in two wars, Lucy learned early how to lead with discipline, adapt under pressure, and hold herself to a high standard. She works closely with ownership groups and private country club boards to align every decision with member needs and long-term goals. With more than 30 years of experience, Lucy began her career in food and beverage in 1989 and steadily advanced to senior-level oversight of vendor partnerships, HR infrastructure, policy creation, and team training across the Walters portfolio.
