Key Transactions/ Projects: • Advised Cain International on the funding acquisition of St James House, Bristol to provide 442 PBSA beds and 132 co-living units (£200m). • Advised Legal & General on the acquisition of Mansbridge House, Battersea comprising 45 income-producing BTR units (c.£37m). • Advised Derwent on the sale of Bluestar House, Brixton to provide a new co-living scheme (c.£25m). • Advised on the sale of a stabilised all-studio PBSA scheme in South London (c.£20m). • Advised on the sale of a consented all-studio PBSA site in Nottingham to provide 210 beds (c.£4m). • Advised Related Argent on the sale of a standing BTR building in Tottenham Hale.(c.£25m). • Provided strategic advice to Related Argent in relation to PBSA and co-living plots at Brent Cross Town. • Provided strategic advice to Urbane in relation to a site in Acton with consent for a 100-bed co-living scheme. • Provided strategic advice to Related Argent in relation to BTR at Tottenham Hale.
