My services have been created from 22 years working in the financial services sector plus experiences of the education sector, the charity sector and of 40+ years of the roller coaster that is life. My mission: To make coaching more accessible to improve work, life and leadership. Why? Having a coaching mindset is at the heart of progress. It will helps you grow, make change and provide better leadership. It helps you to make more informed decisions that move you towards your goals in a way that is aligned to your values. When things get tough, as they inevitably do, you can navigate your way through in a healthy and sustainable way. It makes you a better friend, partner, employee, manager and person. It makes for a better culture, better service and a better business. It helps to shape internal narratives and external environments in a way everyone can thrive. It progresses diversity, equality and inclusion. What? 1:1 coaching helping you to make change where change is needed, to be the person you want to be and build the career and life you want to have. Helping you to connect vision, values and strategic action by embracing a coaching mindset. Transformational (for the long term) not transactional (for the short term) Deliver workshops and provide inspiring talks on harnessing a coaching mindset to inspire, empower and develop ourselves and others for personal and professional growth. Deliver workshops on various tools and models that will help you to build your coaching toolkit. All of my work is client centred and flexible. We'll co-create what you need, given the context, so that it's right for you as an individual or as a business. How?
