The MCG HR Department works as a central resource for all 5 sectors / 7 companies to support employee morale and helps employees develop a deeper commitment to the Group and its goals, whether that be through HR support or L&D. As Group L&D Manager, I am responsible for the development of all employees across the Group. I oversee, design and deliver all Sales and Leadership programmes, coordinate apprenticeships and provide individual coaching to support personal and career development. As an i3 Profiling Accredited Coach I deliver feedback and coach people to enable them to be the best person they can be and also to recognise the strengths in the behaviour styles of different individuals.
