Leading the Free Soul Brand Team, I work with a talented group of marketers, designers, creators and strategists to build a brand truly dedicated to her, in the wellness space. Why? Because we believe that every woman deserves access to great health. With a strong focus on brand strategy, creative direction, and leadership, I thrive on crafting campaigns and narratives that not only inspire our audience, but fuel our reach and growth. Having spent three years as a journalist, I’ve developed a deep understanding of storytelling - and it’s power when it comes to creating connection. These foundations naturally led me to social strategy, where I evolved into using digital platforms to share meaningful stories that engage with audiences in an impactful, metric-moving way. Joining Free Soul has been the most exciting chapter for me, combining my passion and love for health and wellness with the opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven business. I’ve been fortunate to be part of this journey since the early days when we were just a small team of three, and it’s been a truly rewarding journey to work for a company that strives to improve women’s lives through dedicated nutrition. Now, as a woman in leadership, I’m proud to play my part in supporting and empowering others on theirs too.
