About Lucy Neale

I am an experienced facilitator and business coach. I started working within learning and development in the late 1980's and in that time have seen, enjoyed (and often questioned!) many different 'latest thinking' and 'new approaches'. What hasn't changed is my belief and passion that creative and experiential development interventions can enable people to start to bring about behavioural change in themselves that in turn positively impact their teams and organisation. I am a director of Interaction Learning and Development and so these days I combine my love of designing and running a range of training interventions for our clients, with leading and managing Interaction and the people that work here. At Interaction I'm proud of the creative and unique behavioural development programmes that we design for our clients. We blend a range of approaches and methods including 1:1 coaching, actor-based real play, facilitated group discussions, outdoor and indoor exercises and business simulations. We are not distracted by fads and phases, we are only interested in doing things well. When talking to clients we start by understanding what the need is, then we'll select the tools and approaches to achieve the best results. We work with leaders, managers and graduates across a wide range of public and private organisations.
